When the job is bigger than cleaning
When furniture, installation, electrical work or development are also needed, QBiX’s head division steps in and closes it all under one contract, with one point of contact and one acceptance certificate. For business and private clients, this is handled by the holding’s head division, not the tender division.

What we don't do
— We don't work on 100% prepayment.
— We don't quote a price “by eye” over the phone without a description of scope.
— We don't take on a deadline we already know we can't meet.
— We don't start work without a contract and an agreed cost estimate.
— We don't compete on being the cheapest option out there.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
No, being present isn’t required. If you leave keys and describe how to access the site, the crew works through the job order on its own, and we send a photo report of the stages when it’s done. Being there in person lets you point out nuances on the spot — which surfaces need extra attention, for instance. Either way works equally well with sign-off against a checklist.
Do I need to buy cleaning supplies?
No, the crew arrives with its own equipment and professional chemistry — there’s nothing to buy. Supplies are matched to the surface type, and before use on visible areas we run a test on an inconspicuous spot. Separate equipment for the bathroom and kitchen keeps contamination from moving between zones.
How do I pay for cleaning?
Once the contract is signed and the cost estimate agreed, a 40% prepayment is due; the remainder is paid once the work is done and the acceptance certificate signed. For the government and quasi-government sector, prepayment is 0%, paid after closing documents are signed. For legal entities, we work through e-invoices and e-document flow via the ESF information system.
Do you work in apartments with pets?
Yes, we do. Let us know in advance if a pet needs to be kept in a separate room while a particular zone is cleaned — it’s noted in the crew’s job order. A pet’s presence in the apartment doesn’t get in the way on its own; we just need a heads-up about its temperament and any areas the crew shouldn’t enter.
How long does a deep clean of a two-room apartment take?
Usually one working day with a two-person crew. The exact time depends on the area, how soiled it is, and whether appliances need cleaning inside — it’s confirmed along with the property type when we work out the cost. The final time is locked into the job order before the crew heads out, so the client knows in advance what to plan for.
What if something gets damaged during cleaning?
This is recorded at the sign-off stage: the acceptance certificate is signed against a checklist, and every issue is fixed before signing. If a problem shows up after handover, a separate process for reporting it applies — described in the "Trust and guarantees" section. Photo documentation of the work stages helps settle any disputed situation.
Do you clean up construction dust after a renovation?
Yes, that’s a separate service — post-renovation cleaning. It includes removing construction dust from every surface, washing windows and reveals, peeling off protective film, and washing buildup off floors. The timeline depends on the scope of the renovation, usually one to two days. Hauling away large volumes of construction debris is billed separately.
Can you come on weekends or in the evening?
Yes, the visit time is arranged separately from our standard hours for handling requests. We reply to WhatsApp requests on weekdays from 09:00 to 19:00, but the cleaning itself can very well happen on a weekend or in the evening — it’s discussed when we work out the cost and locked into the crew’s job order.
Do you travel outside the city?
Yes, we work across Kazakhstan, with Astana as our home base. Logistics outside the city are costed as a separate line in the estimate at the quoting stage, so the final travel cost is always visible in advance, not sprung on you on cleaning day. The same goes for travel to other major cities — Almaty, Shymkent, Karaganda, and others.
How fast can you get here?
How soon the crew can come depends on how booked that particular date is and the size of the job — it’s discussed when you reach out. But our reply to the request itself on WhatsApp is fast and predictable: within 15 minutes from 09:00 to 19:00 on weekdays, and by 10:00 the next working day outside those hours.
Do you work with legal entities and government institutions?
Yes. QBiX’s head division works with businesses and private clients under a contract with 40% prepayment. The government and quasi-government sector is handled by a separate division, QBiX Tender, with 0% prepayment and through the goszakup.gov.kz and omarket.kz platforms. These two tracks don’t overlap.
What languages do you communicate in?
Kazakh, Russian and English — both in messages and on site. The crew and the manager handling a request are matched to whichever language works best for the client, if that’s noted when reaching out. Contract paperwork is also prepared in the needed language when required.
What’s the difference between maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning?
Maintenance cleaning is a standard scope across every zone on a recurring basis, usually once every one to two weeks, for people who clean themselves but want the routine off their plate. Deep cleaning is the full scope, including hard-to-reach spots and inside appliances on request, usually once a quarter or after a long gap. Upholstery dry cleaning isn’t included in either.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
Sign-off happens against a checklist before the acceptance certificate is signed — every issue is fixed on the spot, while the crew is still on site. That’s the main safeguard against being unhappy with the result. If an issue turns up later, a separate process for reporting it applies, described in the "Trust and guarantees" section.
